1. What is GrabSomeDeals.com and how it works?
GrabSomeDeals.com is a software store where you can purchase applications at high discounted price (more than 30% of the original price) directly from their vendors (we do not process the orders, refunds or support). A new software deal is listed every day, it's featured for 3 days, after that, the deal expires.

2. I like the product but the deal expired, what can I do?
For normal users a discount expires in 3 days, but Premium users has 12 more days of promotion(deal expires in 15 days). If you are not a Premium member you can still get the 3-days-deal back by getting a Premium membership.

4. I am a Premium member and the 15 days deal expired, can I get it back?
Each product is featured on our site for maximum 15 days, after 15 days the deal finally expires and you can't get it back.

8. I've sent emails to more than 10 friends, why I didn't get the Free Premium membership yet?
The number of your friends/users you send to us and successfully signed up on our website is less than 10, many of them may just check the website and leave. To avoid this make sure you spread the word to more friends and use different ways like social networking or blog/website to increase the chance of registering to our website. Make sure you use the sharing link every time you share an offer or you tell somebody about us.

9. I've sent more than 10 users to GSD from my blog and social network, why I didn't get the Free Premium membership yet?
Same answer from the question above or you have forgot to use the sharing link, if you don't use the sharing link we could not know if the visitor came from you or from somebody else.

10. When should I know if I get the Free Premium membership?
You will get an email when the membership is approved, however you can check how many friends you helped through you from your profile page.

11. You say that the orders are handled by the vendors, what does this mean?
Yes, every order is processed by product's vendor. We just list the discounts, so when you purchase a product you go directly to the purchase page of the product's manufacturer. Doing this you will be added in their customer list, so you can get upgrades and support as any other user of the product.

12. How trustful these vendors are?
Very trustful, we check them before approving their products, however you have to be as cautious as on any other online transaction even if is from a very safe source.

13. Are all the products featured here legal and safe?
Yes, all the products featured are available directly from their manufacturer, the order are also processed by their vendors through the most important eCommerce websites(like Paypal, Plimus, RegNow, ShareIt, etc) so you can make sure the the license is legal and safe.

14. Where should I go if I want a refund or support?
Any problem related to the program(refund, support, etc...) is handled by the product's developer, so if you have any questions please contact them.

1. Do I need to set you as an affiliate?
No, you don't have to set an affiliate system, we don't take fees from your sales, you just have to make sure that all links you provided to us are fully working for 15 days so you can get sales in that period. 

2. How many sales should I expect?
It depends on the product market and the discount rate. We cannot give a realistic estimation, but what's most important is that you get more exposure, more feedback and you can increase revenue from upgrades and add-ons. 

3. What type of products you do not accept?
If the product is usable, salable and doesn't contain viruses, porn or violent material everything should be fine. 

4. How many days the product is featured?
There are 2 periods of the promotion. First period is 3 days and the second is another 12 days(total 15). In the 3 days period everyone can buy the software at discounted price, after that period, in the next 12 days, only Premium members can purchase the software. Note that Premium members has a +20 percent higher discount on the product than normal user.

5. Why 3 days instead of less or more days?
Why not 24 hours? It's very simple:
- You get 3x times more exposure
- 3x times more users have access to your deal
- enough time to make the deal viral
- enough time to get unsure customers
- there will also be last few hours when buying impulse will be high
- our business model allows you to let the promotion run for 3 days. For other daily deals websites, because of their business model (getting commissions from sales), letting for 3 days only one promotion to run is unprofitable, even if YOU will get more profits overall, THEY won't,  for them it's much better run 3 different deals than one deal in the interval of 3 days.

Why not more than 3 days?
Running a promotion too many days decreases the purchase impulse created by time. However, we provide only to our Premium members 12 more days of discount for each product to make them feel more comfortable and to give more trial period. But this advantages you since users became Premium just for the reason that they look for bargains and cheap things, full price of your software may drive them away so it's a win-win situation.

6. Why another 12 days of promotion and 20% higher discounts for premium members?
Higher discounts and the comfort of having longer promotions are the features that convince the premium member pay us and makes the referral reward system work. We have to give something to the users to encourage them sharing your application, so those extra 20% are for users who promote your product to their friends. After all, getting our premium members to your customer base is an advantage, they are the type of people who love discounts and bargains, full prices are not for them.

7. What happens after my 3 days deal expires? What about the another 12 days ?
After 3 days the product will appear as expired to normal user, when someone wants to purchase at discounted price he needs to become a Premium member. After another 12 days the promotional period ends, the discount expires for everyone, however the product remains listed on our store at full price.
